This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the application for restoration of writ petition, of which registration was refused for failure to remove the office objections. 3.

Learned Advocate for the applicants submits the delay occurred on account of lack of coordination with the applicants/ petitioners after the registration was refused and now the petitioners desire to contest the petition on merits. Learned Advocate submits that the delay of 46 days is unintentional and it may be condoned. 4.

Having regard to the contents of the civil application and the submissions advanced, the delay of 46 days in filing the application for restoration of writ petition is condoned, however,

2 3. CAO 1155 of 2025.odt subject to costs of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only), to be paid by the petitioners to the Government Pleader's Library, Nagpur, within a period of one week.

The civil application is accordingly disposed of. MISC. CIVIL APPLICATION (STAMP) NO.22912 OF 2025 1.

This is an application for restoration of writ petition, which is dismissed in default by order dated 11.08.2025, for non removal of office objections within stipulated period. 2.

Learned Advocate for the applicants submits that the applicants/petitioners want to contest the petition on merits and they are ready to remove the office objections so that the petition can be registered.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application and submissions advanced, the application for restoration of writ petition is allowed. The order dated 11.08.2025, passed by the Registrar (Judicial), is quashed and set-aside. The applicants are directed to remove the office objections within a period of two weeks. On removal of the office objections, the writ petition be restored. 4.

In view of the above, the miscellaneous civil application is disposed of.
