This is an application for grant of permission to withdraw an amount of Rs.64,52,294/- deposited by the appellant.

Considering the grounds stated in the application, the application deserves to be partly allowed. It is partly allowed as under :

Registry is directed to pay 50% amount on usual undertaking and 25% amount on execution of solvent surety/security along with interest accrued thereon to the applicant-respondent no.1.
