D ATE : OCTOBER 16, 2025 This is an application for condonation of delay in filing application for restoration. The counsel for the applicants submits that the objections in the writ petition were inadvertently not removed as the matter was not marked when it was notified for objections. He submits that the applicants now want to contest the writ petition, however, there is delay in filing the restoration application. He submits that the delay is unintentional. 2.

Having regard to the submissions advanced, the delay of 32 days in filing the application of restoration is condoned. The civil application is allowed and disposed of.

MISCELLANEOUS CIVIL APPLICATION ST. NO.22915/2025. This is an application for restoration of the writ petition which came to be dismissed in default. The counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants want to contest the writ petition on merits and prays for restoration of the writ petition. The counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are now ready to remove the office objection so that the matter can be restored.

Considering the submissions advanced, the order dated 11.08.2025 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) is quashed and set aside. The applicants-petitioners are directed to remove the office objections within two weeks from today. After the Office objections are removed, the writ petition be restored to file.
