In short, it is the contentions of the learned counsel for the petitioner that though the petitioner has filed an application under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short, the SARFAESI Act), the same has not been decided till this date. 3.

Be that as it may, considering the nature of relief sought by the petitioner, we direct the respondent no.2 to decide the application filed by the petitioner under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, within a period of three weeks from production of this order. 4.
