ATE : NOVEMBER 9 , 2023 The learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that on 8/11/2023, the Sub-Divisional Officer has passed an order under Section 48(7) of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 imposing fine of Rs.3,70,048/- on the petitioners. Since the petitioners have a remedy of approaching the Collector against the said order, they are at liberty to avail that remedy. 2] For the aforesaid reason, the Writ Petition is not entertained.
