The petitioner moved this application to permit her to amend the petition, as subsequent developments have

Mr. Ghurde, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos.1, 2, 4 & 8, and Mr. Chaudhari, learned Counsel for respondent No.3, formally objected to the said application.

Having considered the reasons stated in the application and the fact that the matter has yet to be admitted, we deem it appropriate to allow the application. Hence, the civil application is allowed. The petitioner is directed to carry out the amendment within one week and supply a copy of the amended petition to the other side within one week thereafter. 4.
The respondents are at liberty to file additional replies to the said petition, if any they want, within two weeks thereafter.

The civil application stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
