Heard learned counsel for the rival parties. Perused the impugned order dated 7.12.2015 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Khamgaon. Learned APP informs this Court that the victim who was assaulted by the applicant has now died and, therefore, an offence punishable under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, has now been registered. In that view of the matter, Criminal Application No. 679/2015 is rejected.
