Considering the offence and nature of injury and the fact that the applicant is not involved in any criminal offence any time earlier, in my view, the applicant is entitled for pre-arrest bail.

Hence, the following order :

i) In the event of arrest for the offences punishable under Sections 324 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered vide Crime No.373/2015 with Panchpaoli Police Station, Nagpur, the applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.10,000/- and one solvent surety in the like amount.

ii) The applicant shall co-operate with the investigation and shall not exercise influence on
