At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner makes a statement that he doesn't wish to press the prayer Clause (ii). So far as the other prayers are concerned, which are regarding the disbursement of amount of leave encashment and payment of arrears of 6th Pay Commission, we direct that the respondent authorities to treat the present petition as a representation and decide the representation within a period of ten weeks from today.

The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of petition along with a copy of this order before the Authorities within a period of two weeks from today. 3.
