We direct the respondent No.2 to decide the grievance canvassed by the petitioner in her representation dated July 22, 2024 (Annexure-I to the petition) in the light of the judgment delivered by this Court in Writ Petition No.5864 of 2019 [Pandurang Vithobaji Dhumne and others Versus The State of Maharashtra and others] as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six weeks from the date of production of this order. In case, if it is held that the petitioner is entitled for arrears, the same be released within a period of eight weeks from the date of such order.
