Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the husband of the petitioner died due to COVID-19 pandemic. According to him, some amount has been paid under the policy framed by the Government but some balance amount is yet to be paid.

Be that as it may, since the aforesaid issue can be decided by the respondent-authority, we direct respondentauthority to decide the representation dated 14.10.2024 submitted by petitioner to respondent No. 2 within eight weeks from the production of this order, in accordance with law.
