After making submissions for some time the learned advocate for the petitioners realized that the explanation given in the application seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 10th March, 2017 and 12th April, 2017 is not properly brought on record in details. The learned advocate for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the civil application with liberty to file proper application.

The civil application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
