There is delay of two days in filing the review application. The learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn attention to the reasons stated in the application explaining the delay.

According to the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 the delay is not properly explained.

However, considering the reasons stated in the application, I am of the opinion that satisfactory reasons are provided and furthermore considering the period of delay, I am of the opinion that the application needs to be allowed. Hence, the application is allowed. Delay in filing the review application is condoned.
