The present application is nothing but an abuse of process of law. Having the similar prayer been rejected on three earlier occasions and on one occasion along with costs again a futile attempt is being made for obtaining similar directions. We could have very well rejected this application also with exemplary costs but merely because application is being made on an erroneous advise as such we do not propose to saddle the costs. The application is, therefore, rejected. However, it is made clear that in the event if such an application is again made the learned A.G.P. should bring this order to the notice of Bench hearing such an application. JUDGE JUDGE Tambaskar.
