Heard Shri Mir Nagman Ali, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Shri V.A. Thakare, learned A.P.P. for respondents.

Prayer is to extend parole by further period of 30 days. 60 days of parole has expired on 20.12.2015. Submission is, mother aged about 77 years is suffering from eschemic heart disease and hypertension. There is a certificate issued by the Doctor on 03.12.2015.

This certificate also mentions that mother of petitioner is seriously ill and admitted in hospital. 4.

In this situation, subject to petitioner filing

Order 2312wp990.15 an undertaking with the Registry of this Court and also with the respondent no.2, within a period of one week from today that he shall surrender on 19.01.2016, we grant extension.

Writ Petition is, thus partly allowed and disposed of. No costs.
