This is an application for grant of permission to withdraw an amount of Rs.52,74,422/- deposited by the appellant under the award.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the application deserves to be partly allowed.

Registry is directed to pay 50% amount, out of amount deposited in this court, on usual undertaking and 25% amount on execution of solvent surety/security along with accrued interest thereon to the applicant-respondent no.1. 4.
