Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. According to him, the detailed representation was made to respondent authorities praying for taking immediate steps, in pursuance of communication dated 7.6.2024 by which the authorities were expected to conduct the enquiry and to take appropriate action against the guilty person. The said action has not been taken to logical end till today. 2.

In that view of the matter, we direct respondent authorities to act on communication dated 7.6.2024 and 8.12.2024, within eight weeks from today.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.
