By the present writ petition, the petitioner prays for directions to be issued to the respondent no.2 to release Truck bearing No.MH-30-AB-2020.
In response to the writ petition, affidavit-in-reply has been filed by the respondents in which they have stated that said truck has not been seized by the respondents. Shri U.J. Deshpande, the learned counsel for the petitioner, in that background submits that the petitioner would take appropriate steps for getting the said truck released. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of with no order as to costs.
