This is an application for grant of permission to withdraw an amount of Rs.45,95,887/- deposited by the appellant in this Court.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice. The application is partly allowed.

Registry is directed to pay 50% amount on usual undertaking and 25% amount on execution of solvent surety/security out of Rs.45,95,887/- to the claimant/respondent No.1 along with accrued interest thereon.
