Shri P.B. Patil, the learned Counsel for the respondent no.3, states that the impugned order has been withdrawn by the Education Officer and the Education Officer will reconsider the matter and take appropriate action, if necessary, after considering the staffing pattern of the current year.

In view of this statement made by the learned Counsel for the Zilla Parishad, the purpose of filing the Writ Petition would stand served.

Order 2407wp6961.14 In consequence of the order of withdrawal of the impugned order by the Zilla Parishad, the management would also withdraw the order of termination and submit the pay-salary bills of the petitioner to the Zilla Parishad, so that the salary of the petitioner can be released as early as possible. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations with no order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE Rgd.
