By these applications applicants are seeking for condonation of delay of 59 days caused in bringing legal heirs of sole appellant on record and permission to bring them on record accordingly.

The sole-appellant died, hence his legal heirs have came out in pursuing a cause in first appeal. It reveals that the original claim was came to be dismissed by the Railway Claims Tribunal. Having regard to the reasons stated in the applications and nature of litigation, delay stands condoned and applicants are permitted to bring them on record as legal heirs of original applicant. Both Civil Applications stands disposed accordingly.
