The civil application has been filed for corrections in the order dated 04/10/2023 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.3718/2023.

The corrections sought are for replacing the word "District" in 9th line of the order by word "State"; "clause 3" in 10th line by "clause (i)"; the date "15/11/2008" in 11th line by "19/9/2014"; "Clause 3" in 12th line by "Clause (i)"; the date "15/11/2008" in 13th line by "19/9/2014" and amount of "Rs.98,454/-" in 13th line by "Rs.99,000/-".

Mr. Bhattad, learned counsel for the respondent does not dispute that the aforesaid corrections are necessary.

Though the application also seeks correction of the word "District" on page 2 third last line, in my considered opinion, the same is not warranted, in view of what has been held.

The Misc. Civil Application is, therefore, partly allowed by permitting the corrections, as indicated in para 2 above, to be made in the order dated 04/10/2023. Corrections be carried out accordingly and the corrected order be uploaded. 6.

In the circumstances, there shall be no order as to costs.
