In this petition, the mother has approached seeking a writ of habeas corpus in the matter of production of her daughter Pooja.

The daughter went missing on 12.04.2022 and till date, she is not traceable.

No doubt the respondents has immediately taken steps by sending the order of carrying out the search and has also registered an offence. However, there appears to be no trace of daughter of the petitioner. 5.

The petitioner expressed satisfaction as regards the inquiries and investigation carried out till this date and as such, is not inclined to pursue this petition further. However, submission is made by Mr. Rajnish Vyas that

902 cr wp 898.22.odt..odt Respondent No.2 be directed to apprise the petitioner of further steps taken in the matter every fortnight. 6.

That being so, we dispose of the petition as prayed. No costs.

We direct respondent No.2 to communicate the petitioner every fortnight as regards the steps taken at their end in the matter of tracing daughter of the petitioner.

Needles to clarify liberty to approach afresh in case cause to that effect arises.
