Learned counsel for appellant submitted that the appellant has deposited the entire amount of compensation along with interest accrued thereon in the Court as per the order dated 21.03.2024, and therefore, he urged for confirmation of the stay order granted on 21.03.2024 till disposal of the appeal, for which learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 has no objection.

Having considered the above facts, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A).
