The application seeks modification of the order dated 18/10/2024. Insofar as prayer Clause No.1 is concerned, considering that it is based upon the factuality of the matter, the same is allowed.

Insofar as prayer Clause No.2 is concerned, the arrangement made by virtue of para 5 of the order dated 18/10/2024 would continue till such time the change reports are finally decided by the Joint Charity Commissioner in appeal. The Inspector in the office of the Assistant Charity Commissioner is, therefore, directed to open the account in the name of Harlalka Hindi Education Society with the State Bank of India under his signature on 24/12/2024.

Insofar as prayer Clause No.3 is concerned, the Headmaster is directed to forward the salary bills and other non-salary expenditures from October, 2024 to December, 2024 to the Inspector in the office of the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Buldhana, who shall take steps to release the salary.

The civil application stands disposed of in the above terms. No order as to costs.
