Shri V.A. Kothale, Advocate for the applicants. Shri Ukey, Addl. P.P. for the respondents.

CORAM : A.B.Chaudhari & P.N.Deshmukh, JJ DATE : 2nd February, 2015.

The learned counsel for the applicants in both these cases seeks permission to withdraw both applications with liberty to the applicants to take steps as available in law. We are satisfied that the liberty should be given to the applicants in both cases because the investigation is under a way and as yet the Investigating Officer has not found concrete proof. It is only after the investigation, the case against the applicants can be analysed and not on this. Hence, we make the following order:- Both applications are allowed as disposed of with liberty to the applicants to take steps as available in law. Ad-interim order dated 15th December, 2014 to continue for 15 days.
