Shri Vyas, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Nayak, learned APP for the respondents. The contention is, the order of detention is based on stale matters and though the petitioner never confessed any crime, erroneously it is mentioned that C.R. No. 271 of 2014 was admitted.

Shri Vyas, learned counsel states that even non cognizable offences have been looked into. Hence, we allow the application for early hearing.

Criminal Writ Petition No. 660 of 2015 be listed for final hearing after three weeks.
