TH JANUARY , 2026 This is an Application filed by the Original Claimant for Condonation of Delay of 1313 days in preferring the Cross-Objection.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Applicant - Claimant that, the Appeal preferred by the Acquiring Body is admitted by this Court, and the sufficient grounds are made for Condonation of Delay, therefore, the application be allowed.

The Application is opposed by the learned Advocate appearing for the Acquiring Body. He submits that no sufficient reasons are made in the Application and the same be rejected.

Considering the above submissions and the averments made in the Application, the Application is allowed in terms Prayer Clause (I), subject to condition that the Applicant - Claimant shall not be entitled for interest and the statutory benefits for the delay period. 6.
The Applicant - Claimant shall give an undertaking in that regard to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (J) of this Court.
