DATE : December 23, 2015 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the proceedings initiated by the mother of the petitioner were under Section 50 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code and on 03/03/2014, the appeal filed by respondent No.5 had been dismissed by the Honourable Minister. However, by filing a review application beyond the period of limitation, the respondent No.1 has exercised the power of review and allowed said application. It is submitted that the entire exercise is without jurisdiction.

Issue notice for final disposal of the writ petition, returnable on 15/02/2016. Smt. H. Prabhu, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 4. Humdast for service on respondent No.5.
