1. The learned AGP has placed on record a compilation of three documents which are marked as '

X' collectively, for identification. The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that in the light of annexure '

X', the grievance of the petitioner is redressed and this petition can be disposed off. 2.

Besides the above, we cannot ignore the conduct of the Education Officer (Secondary) Shri Prakash Mukund who has not rendered any assistance to this Court thereby prompting this Court to initially impose costs of Rs.1000/- on the said Education Officer. Till today he has failed to file an affidavit and only when this Court took a tough stand in the first session that the Education Officer has placed Exhibit-'

X' before us which is photo taken from 'RedMi Note 5 Pro dual' camera, but he did not appear before us. Though the learned AGP has strenuously urged us to pardon the Education Officer, we are unable to do so considering his conduct. 3.

As such the said Education Officer Shri Prakash Mukund shall deposit an amount of Rs. 5000/- from his salary bank account by cheque as a donation to the High Court Bar

We make it clear that we have reduced the amount of costs since the learned AGP made an earnest prayer before this Court.
