This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail.

The order dated 29/11/2024 reflects that the applicant was heard on the maintainability of the application as the previous application bearing Criminal Application (ABA) No.664/2024 is rejected by this Court on merits, on which learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that he requires some time as the applicant seeks some time to surrender before the investigating agency. The similar request was made on 19/12/2024. 3.

Today none is present. It seems that now the applicant is not interested to proceed with this application.

In view of that, the application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
