Learned counsel for the applicants made a statement that he is not pressing prayer clauses (i) and (ii) i.e. for quashing of First Information Report. The prayer clause (iv) relates to direction to the respondent no.1 to register the First Information Report. In the circumstances, in view of the remedies available to the applicants to claim relief, as per prayer clause (iv), if the liberty is granted to avail such remedies, the purpose would be served.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of with liberty to the applicants to avail the remedies as available under the law for seeking relief as claimed in prayer clause (iv) before the appropriate forum.
