DATED : 11/10/2018 The applicant/accused has filed this application for speaking to minute in respect of the order passed by this Court on 09/10/2018. It is pointed out that the applicant is praying for regular bail however, this Court erroneously granted interim protection considering that the prayer of the applicant is for grant of pre-arrest bail. There is apparent mistake and therefore the order passed on 09/10/2018 is recalled.

The criminal application is disposed accordingly. CRIMINAL APPEAL NO. 590/2018 Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 16/10/2018.
