During pendency of the present proceedings, the parties have amicably resolved the dispute amongst them. The petitioner no.2 and the respondent are present in the Court. They have tendered an application duly signed by them as well as their learned counsel. The terms of compromise have been reproduced in the said application. Cheque for an amount of Rs.3,75,000/- has been handed over to the respondent.
In view of aforesaid, C.A.W. No.1708 of 2019 is allowed in terms of its prayer and disposed of. The Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid compromise. Same shall be binding on the parties and they shall act accordingly. No costs. JUDGE APTE
