By the present application the petitioner seeks to bring on record legal representatives of respondent no.1. It is submitted that the writ petition had been dismissed for want of prosecution but was subsequently restored. However, for want of necessary information the legal representatives could not be brought on record. It is also stated that in another suit between the same parties legal representatives are already brought on record. Though the legal representatives are duly served there is no reply filed. Hence, the application is allowed and the legal representatives of respondent no.1 are permitted to be brought on record. Amendment be carried out within one week from today.
