This petition challenges the order dated 01-09-2017 (pg 17) passed by respondent no.1 in review, whereby the earlier order dated 29-08-2016 (pg 42) has been revived. The ground of review as spelt out from para 6 of the impugned order is that as many as 50 card holders had given a statement against the petitioner regarding non distribution of food grains at the price fixed. However, to substantiate this position, not a single document has been placed on record by the respondent nos.1 to 3. 3.

That being the position, the grounds for review, are clearly not spelt out and supported by any material on record, considering which, the order dated 01-09-2017 is hereby quashed and set aside. Petition is accordingly
