Shri Mardikar, the learned Counsel for the applicants/appellants states that the copy of the civil application is served on Shri Alok Upasani, the learned Advocate for the respondent no.1, who is the contesting party. For the reasons stated in the application and the fact that it is not opposed inasmuch as reply is not filed, the appellants are granted time till 27.2.2015 to deposit the amount.
