Heard learned advocate for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the non-applicant/State. Perused the record and proceedings.

The learned advocate for the applicant submits that the applicant intends to approach the Hon'ble Supreme Court against the judgment and order dated 09.12.2022 passed by this Court. He submits that two weeks time was granted to the applicant to surrender before the learned Magistrate. He submits that since Christmas Vacation is going on, filing of the proceedings may take time before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. He further submits that time may be extended by three weeks.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that considering the facts stated in the application, suitable order may be passed.

In the facts and circumstances, three weeks more time is granted to the applicant to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Nagpur in terms of the order dated 09.12.2022.
