OCTOBER 13, 2025 1) This application is filed by the respondent seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court. 2) Learned counsel for the petitioner has raised an objection to the withdrawal of the amount.

3) Considering the issue involved in the petition, the application is allowed. The applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount by giving an undertaking that in case, the petition is decided against the applicant/respondent he shall refund the amount.

4) Civil Application is disposed of.

WRIT PETITION NO. 15 OF 2024 1) The respondent submitted a proposal on 27/09/2025, whereby he is ready to accept 75% of the back-wages and forgo the remaining 25% as ordered by the Industrial Court. The proposal is taken on record, and a copy thereof is also furnished to the other side.

2 20-wp 15.2024.odt 2) Learned counsel for the petitioner-Corporation submits that he will submit the said proposal to the higher authority and it will take some time.

3) Considering the issue involved in the petition, both the parties have shown their readiness to refer the matter to mediation.

4) In view thereof, the matter is referred to mediation. By consent of the learned counsel for the parties, Advocate Mr.J.J.Chandurkar is hereby appointed as Mediator. The parties to appear before the learned Mediator. Learned Mediator is requested to submit a report after mediation is concluded. 5) List the matter after receipt of the mediation report.
