Learned counsel for applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the revision application with liberty to approach the Family Court, afresh, inter alia, on the ground that the non applicant-wife has not filed the statement of assets in terms of judgment in Rajnesh .Vs. Neha and another, reported in (2021) 2 SCC 324.

Permission is granted.

The revision application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
