As agreed yesterday, learned Advocate Shri Sudhir M. Puranik for the Corporation has placed before the Court office order dated 13th December, 2019 issued by the Commissioner of the Corporation which is marked as "X" for identification. It mentions constitution of the Committee consisting of ten persons. They have been denominated as per the post. The Deputy Municipal Commissioner has been appointed as Nodal Officer and toll free number is also mentioned.

The petitioner submitted that it will be brought to the notice of general public. The learned Advocate for the respondents on taking instructions, undertakes to give

In view of that, nothing survives in this contempt petition. Hence it is disposed of. Parties to bear their own costs.

This Court wants to record the efforts taken by the petitioner for the betterment of infrastructure of the Nagpur City.
