This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 63 days in preferring the First Appeal. Learned counsel for respondent nos.1 to 4 has resisted this application on the ground that reasons given for condonation of delay are not sufficient. However, perusal of the reasons given in para nos.2 to 4 of the application show that delay was not malafide or intentional, but it was for want of administrative and financial compliance.

Hence, as sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay, application is allowed, with no order as to costs and the delay in preferring the appeal is condoned.
