Applicant seeks condonation of delay in filing review application. The reasons for the delay are mentioned in paragraph 3 of the application. Shri P. N. Shende, learned counsel for the applicant states that in view of judgment dated 07.08.2015 in the case of Dr. Antonio Da Silva Technical High School and Junior College, Mumbai and another Vs. State of Maharashtra and others 2015(6) Maharashtra Law Journal 399, the judgment dated 18.07.2015 passed in the writ petition deserves to be reviewed.

I find that the delay has not been satisfactorily explained. Moreover, review has been sought on the basis of subsequent change in the legal position. The same cannot be a ground to exercise review jurisdiction. Hence the civil application as well as Misc. Civil Application are dismissed. No costs.
