Learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file discharge application before the competent Court as charge-sheet is filed. From the affidavit-in-rely filed by respondent, charge-sheet is registered as Criminal Case No.641 of 2017 before the trial Court. In view of above stated fact, leave as prayed is allowed. Application stands disposed of as dismissed since allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to applicant to file discharge application before the competent Court.
