Learned Counsel for the applicant states that though the respondent is served, no reply is filed. It is submitted that the applicant is serving at Yavatmal and is having a minor girl child. It would be very difficult for her to visit Nagpur to attend the matrimonial proceedings. Hence, Petition No.A-283/2013 pending before the Hon'ble Judge, Family Court No.4 at Nagpur is transferred to the Court of Civil Judge (Sr.Dn.), Yavatmal, as prayed for. The Misc. Civil Application is disposed of.
