The learned counsel for the appellant states that the dispute between the parties was compromised and the marriage between the parties stood dissolved by an order dated 09.09.2016. It is stated that in the aforesaid background, the appellant is not desirous of prosecuting the family court appeal.

Hence, the family court appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn. Civil Application (O) No.2045 of 2016 also stands disposed of accordingly.
