The learned advocate for the appellant submits that appellant have not yet planted the trees as per the direction of this Court. He submits that they could not got secured place for planting the trees as per the direction of this Court. He therefore seeks time.

This is an application for withdrawal of amount under award.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application deserves to be allowed. The application is allowed.

Registry is directed to pay 50% amount along Corrected as per Court order dated 21.02.2025 with accrued interest thereon on usual undertaking and 50% amount along with accrued interest thereon on furnishing solvent surety/security.

The amount be paid to the power of attorney holder respondent No.1 - Om S/o Narendra Sawade legal representative of original claimant.
