Looking to the nature of allegations against the applicants and looking to the fact that for the first time such an offence is registered against them, I think, following order would subserve the ends of justice.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application No.682/2015 is allowed.

(ii) Applicant no.1-Gurudeo Devrao Bhandekar and applicant no.2-Pravin Madhukar Tikle, in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No.621/2015 registered with Police Station, Mul, Dist. Chandrapur for an offence punishable under Sections 65(E) and 83 of the Bombay Prohibition Act, be released on bail on they executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- each with one surety each in the like amount.

(iii) The applicant shall attend Police Station, Mul, Dist.Chandrapur as and when directed by the Investigating Officer.
