The applicant is apprehending his arrest in Crime No. 253 of 2025 registered with police Station Ramdas Peth, District Akola, for the offences punishable under Sections 64(1), 351(2) and 352(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

It is alleged that the applicant had sexual relations with the victim when she came with her husband to his house. The applicant is already protected by this Court by granting ad-interim anticipatory bail on 07.10.2025 by passing detailed order. The applicant is attending the police station and it is conceded by the learned APP. 3.

Considering the allegations made against this applicant, the learned APP objected the application stating Kavita

2 / 2 15- aba 756-25 that the victim has given her Statement under Section 183 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) 2023 and has repeated the contents in the FIR. The contents are correct. Hence, prayed to reject the application.

Considering the reasons given in the order dated 07/10/2025, interim protection granted on 07/10/2025, is hereby confirmed on the same terms and conditions with a rider that the applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when called by the investigating officer. The application stands disposed of.
