Heard.

Learned counsel Shri U.J. Deshpande states that he is appearing for all the applicants. Applicant No.1 is wife, applicant No.2 is her husband while applicant Nos.3 and 4 are father-in-law and mother-in-law. The proceedings filed under Section 498-A read with Section 34 vide FIR No.16 of 2015 and consequential RCC No.261 of 2015 on the file of learned 4th JMFC should be quashed as the matter is amicably settled. He states that the parties are residing together.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor points out that today is the first date of listing.

Upon Verifying papers, we find that the .....2/-

apl905.15 application is signed by learned counsel on behalf of all the applicants and it bears affidavit of applicant No.1 Nilima Umesh Wankhede.

In view of this position, we accept the assertions on affidavit in petition. Accordingly, above mentioned FIR and RCC are quashed and set aside. The criminal writ petition is allowed. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE !! BRW !!
